Website policy · Professional review pending
Published for professional review. These documents do not certify legal compliance or open enrollment.
Revision:
1. Scope and current availability
These terms concern orentraacademy.com and www.orentraacademy.com, collectively the ORENTRA ACADEMY website. They describe the public informational website. The operator and contact details appear in the legal contact section of this page.
Browsing does not enroll you, reserve a seat, create a membership or authorize any payment. Student accounts, payment collection and enrollment are not open. Future paid services require their own clear offer and enrollment agreement before purchase.
2. Educational information
ORENTRA presents financial-market education focused on index trading through futures and options. Information is general and does not take account of your financial circumstances, objectives or ability to bear loss. No brokerage, custody, account management, copy trading, personalized signals or individual investment, tax or legal advice is provided through this website.
A lesson, assessment, membership title or completion record is not a financial license, accreditation, professional certification or assurance that you are ready to trade. Read the separate trading risk disclosure before relying on market examples.
3. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may browse, link to public pages and use resources expressly offered for personal educational use. Keep authorship and risk notices intact. Any broader use must respect applicable copyright, trademark and license rights. Public availability is not permission to resell lessons, redistribute restricted recordings, impersonate ORENTRA or imply its endorsement.
Third-party marks and content remain subject to their owners’ rights. References to indexes, exchanges or software identify educational topics; they do not establish a partnership. Nothing in this policy limits fair use, quotation, accessibility uses or other rights the law protects. Send content-rights concerns through the legal contact below, identifying the work and the relevant page.
4. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate staff, harvest personal information or use the site for fraud, unlawful promotion or harassment. Automated use must not compromise security or service availability. Reasonable protective measures may restrict abusive traffic.
5. Accuracy, availability and outside services
Educational content may contain errors or become outdated. Check current contract specifications, fees and trading rules with the relevant exchange and your provider. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, network incidents or other interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that examples describe current market conditions.
External links take you to independently operated services with their own terms and privacy practices. A mention of Zoom, Circle or another tool does not mean it is connected to this website or that enrollment is available there. Concept images created with AI do not document actual facilities, students, events or trading results.
6. Responsibility and rights that remain yours
You decide whether to trade and must evaluate the relevant risks independently. Educational access does not guarantee profits, employment, funding or recovery of tuition. These statements do not excuse misleading representations, unlawful conduct or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
These website policies do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class actions, select an exclusive court or set an arbitrary damages cap. Applicable statutory rights remain intact. Any future dispute-resolution arrangement requires separate review and appropriate disclosure; reading this website alone is not consent to such an arrangement.
7. Updates, language and questions
The revision date identifies this version. Material changes will be described on the legal center; any additional notice or consent required for future services must occur before the change applies. A website update does not retroactively change an accepted paid agreement.
Spanish and English versions are intended to communicate the same policy. Please report an inconsistency through the legal contact. Neither translation is intended to remove a mandatory consumer protection.
